getting better

The more I write, the more I want to keep this up.
I wanted to mention today that I can reach behind me, grab my ankle and stretch...new thing I was unable to do 50 pounds ago.  I could say that its way easier to scratch my butt, but I wouldent want to overwhem you with my excitement.

I'm getting ready to go down and make somethng for supper.  I was thinking chicken and wild rice soup.  I got that one down pat and it tastes just like the stuff they used to serve at the casino with the toasted almond slices in it...I serve it with crusty bread that I warm up in the oven.

Or I have this gallon of chili my aunt brought over to feed us while I was sick.  Its not moving...I should put it in contianers and freeze it before it goes bad.  I've served that twice with sour cream and french fried onions or goldfish crackers...meh.

I think chicken and wild rice soup.  That stuff is so good...as for me, my supper will be cottage cheese with extra cottage and a side order of cottage cheese...mmmm.  can you tell I'm getting bored with that?  Oh yeah. I made stuffed pork chops last night, but putting all that in the blender just really wasnt a turn on at all...it would have been a good protein source though...
